Focus of Study

Course objectives: training of specialists for professional practice and/or academic research in scientific dissemination, with emphasis on the creation of strategies and tools to enhance the dialogue between science, technology, health and society.

Course Description

This course is suitable for curators, communicators, journalists, scientists, educators, sociologists, designers, cultural producers, science teachers (upper level) and other professionals who work either in the practical or academic area of dissemination of science, technology and health, public communication of science and science popularisation.

The course is designed for top-level diploma holders duly recognized and registered in the competent bodies, and professional audience with a degree in Social Communication, especially journalists working in local media and media advisers for Institutional Research and Higher Education.
